  Got big breakfast with hot cakes. Asked for grape jelly and they didnt give me butter or syrup for hot cakes. Called to ask and the rude person that answered hung up on me. I called back and she gave me an attitude and hung up again. Bad service and rude employees

  They forgot to finish my hot chocolate. After standing there for about ten minutes, the cashier asked me what I was waiting on. I told her and the lady that was sweeping said "it's right here" and that she would finish it. So while she held the broom in her left hand, she finished it with her right. No gloves. Then gave me my cold got chocolate.

  This McDonald's restaurant is one of the worst managed I have been to. Very slow service. Very unorganized and often messy.
